Missing deposit

I deposited an X amount via Momo and even today I am struggling to get my funds.

Mtn has been taking me pillar to post as if I am a stupid.

Every time when I send an email to follow up, Maloase Radebe will respond as if he is an auto machine with asking the very same details I have shared with him previously.

Ozow team has been trying their level best to assist me with regards to the matter and we failing.

Can someone who is responsible call me from MTN and resolve this matter because it is long overdue
