Missing data STILL not resolved - on 90 days
AGAIN>> 2 phones, one a business contract, one a personal prepaid. Loaded a 1GB night express on both, only to have it disappear on both. As mentioned numerous times before, calling after hrs for business phone support is futile, and after many days of calling reference numbers and promises are given, nothing ever happens further. Business phone query references: *** & ***. Query now over 30 days old. STILL NO resolution. <br> Prepaid phone, references: REQ:***. REQ:*** SMC/***. Bundle disappeared day after it was loaded, never used any of it, after 3rd call in as many days, (systems down, etc) call center advises to dial *141*5# and navigate to manage bundles to remove night express bundle so I can be refunded. Yep, NO sign of this bundle, so I cannot remove it. <br> Latest response was due to issues with night express bundles data was changed to normal bundle, but this NEVER happened. Still no data, no refund, no resolution.<br> Time to take it further as I am clearly just being given the run around.

We had an issue with the night express validity time, as a result we made the bundle available during the day which was actually to the benefit of the subscribers, as the night express bundle is a cheaper bundle with more value.
