Missing data and no one wants to take ACCOUNTABILITY

Poor Customer service from MTN SA, have been waiting for my data from 12/01/2021,all I get is reference number after reference number, and they are so quick to deduct the instalment, if I was the one who did not make a payment my services were gonna be stopped, as for the team leaders are so clueless and promise to call me back but they never, can someone please do their work, at least it is my last year then I migrate to a better NETWORK
