Missing Data
"Re utswa bana okare ke MTN e utswa data", Cassper Nyovest.
Never have these lyrics resonated with me so much. After logging various queries with MTN regarding data that has vanished, the company chose to rather close down the query and respond to billing instead, which I never queried.
I am extremely unhappy with MTN. What doesn't make sense is that, even the night-time data also vanished but I was usually asleep during the period of night-time (12 am to 6 am).
I guess Cassper's lyrics were motivated by first-hand experience?
