Missing airtime
I requested this line to be converted to prepaid ... There was roughy R170 in airtime on the phone left which has now disappered... Please advise and refund me... I paid for the airtime at the end of the day

We do apologize for the breakdown in service and for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly note that a prepaid migration is a cancellation of contract as all contract services are essentially cancelled. All services and airtime are then forfeited.
However we will credit you 50% of the amount that we available. We've sent a request for the refund to be done.
