I find it very ammusing that aitime on the prepaid phones for MTN go missing even thou no calls were made. I loaded R 60 woth of airtime on my phone on Friday yet i did not make any calls over the weekend and alll the airtime that was loaded is gone. I would like to know how to deal with this as i regard this as theft and a company that does that should be held liable. I have read an article on Facebook stating that this is happening and if i am not the only client why has there been no formal law suit against MTN. If they do not emburse me my airtime i will take this further as I am not going to leave it there.

Dear Floris,

Kindly note we loaded R70.00 airtime on your number *** as a goodwill gesture for the lapse in service.
Also note you can view more information here https://www.mtnblog.co.za/smata-data/ on how to save on data usage going forward from you device.
The airtime will reflect on your number within 2- 24 hours.
I would like to thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are always looking for ways to improve our service, and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process.
Should you need help in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me directly, and I will be very happy to assist you.
