Missing accessories from delivery

A request was done for upgrade via online. ***. After waiting for more then 48 hours and no contact from the relative team, I contacted MTN to upgrade, telephonically, and was given the option to upgrade. During the full process I confirmed what package and device I'm requesting. Device arrives and but the confirmed accessory that should have came with the device was not delivered. I have since tried to contact MTN to find out why I didn't receive the accessory, but I still have not received an answer. *** and ***. Been dealing with Re*****ions Department.
