Missed Debit Order

Got a new contract 24 month contract in July and started paying via debit order, they STOPPED debiting in November, called the call center and agent advised they don't know why system did not debit even though there were sufficient funds in my account. December & January they attempted to double debit me with no prior arrangement or sms or any form of communication whatsoever! Note that no one know why I was never debited on system and now my data has been cut off.
