Miss Selling
Got a call from MTN to inform me that I qualified for a laptop which comes with a laptop bag, a mouse, a modem and simcard with 4 gigs. When enquiring about the specs I was informed that the RAM was 4 gig as well a 500 gig internal memory. I agreed. Upon opening the package at home as I recieved it at work, there was no laptop bag, no mouse, no 500 gig internal memory and no 4 gig RAM. It was only 32 gig memory and 2 gig ram. Definitely not what I was sold over the phone.

I am definitely thinking of just cancelling the whole thing.
I called in on Friday night and was told to go to the MTN store near me, and when I got there they said there is a number i must call in to during weekdays.
This morning I was told, when i called that number, to go back to the store and request a "pick-up"..
The running around I am being made to do is not how you start a 36 month contract with anyone!
I want this laptop collected, as it is not the one that I wanted.
How would I trust that this matter will be resolved??
