I have been trying to cancel contract for more than a month now. My contract was expiring in October and I called and sent emails but no help. One of as interested in me extending contract and once I mentioned I want to cancel it they hanged up on me. I went to mtn store but I was told to do it via call or emails . I emailed retention and customer care but no help . I will be getting second bill now which I can’t even afford anymore. Cancel all contracts I have with your network cause you guys suck big time . Only interested in selling us your packages but when they come to an end you can’t let us go. Please do better
