Miss leasing clients!!

Hi please advise how this home deal for R249 works? I recently got one on the 23rd of May and I paid R249 and R150 for the sim card on the same date and was told that the 1st debit order will go off in July, now another R249 has been debited off my account. So meaning that I paid R648 in less than 2weeks for a 10mb/s deal!! That’s insane!!!
