I have a contract with mtn starting from last year August 2026 I only agree to with them that I will pay R295 day to day but that one never happened. My first installment that they deducted was R328 ok I thought it was a first installment but it was a every month installment on the first of November they sms saying they didn't receive a money I make anEFT and sent sms that they received the money. Boom on the 3rd of November I received a notification that mtn deducted R328 I was so surprised and I sent them an email they rep**** and said they did a mistake sorry they will refund me I must send them my banking details and..... I did so but on the 15th they switched off the router and said I owe them R295 I did go to the store to complain the lady was rude she never helped me I sent another email for cancelation. They said I must go to the nearest store to gave them the router but the guy said they wound take it he suggested to write them an email that mtn didn't respond. Boom again mtn they deducted and debit me twice on the 1st of February 2026 double again all in all it was R590 when I go there to their store they call a lady with a name o Kayla I told her that I did send them that I wanted to cancel my contract with them she said they can't cancel my contract because it was 12 months contract and I said I don't want it anymore she said she can't cancel it ok u won't cancel it and my router is off and your still deducting my money how possible is that? She said the 12 months contract they don't cancel them I'm not happy with mtn at all because at the bank fnb when I told them this story and I want them to help me to cancel my debit order they said they can't help me because I did the agreement with mtn and they block things
