Misrepresentation of package

My name is Thato Molefe. I was recently offered an upgrade to my contract.

The consultant confirmed the following on the 22nd April 2024:

New contract instalment: R399 New data allocation: 200Gigs(Anytime only)

The contract that's currently active is not the same as the one the consultant sold to us. It has only 80Gigs anytime data.
