Misrepresentation and false promise by Mondo on behalf of MTN.

A month ago I got call from Mondo offering an MTN data contract for R499 per with a free router. The consultant promised that the router will carry on during load shedding for about an hour and half. Since I work from home, this made my decision for me, cancel what I was using at the time, little did I know that the very thing I got the for I was not true. I called and logged a query on the 20th April, today is 5th May and still waiting for their response after investigation and reviewing the tapes. To top this, my bill came through as R815 instead of R499 and activation fee. Sent a follow-up email today, requesting a cancellation.
