Misrepresentation

MTN has once again let me down.I have cancelled my contract with them and converted my package to pre-paid.I received confirmation and yet they still debited my account.You can't speak to a senior as they are never available or the staff are not allowed to provide managers details.Service standards are exceptionally low and they have no regard for client loyalty.
