Complaint Regarding Mismanagement of Device Application (Reference: ***)

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent device application, referenced as *** (СА***).

During a conversation with one of your representatives, my application for a device was approved over the phone. Subsequently, I provided my banking details as instructed, and it was confirmed that the courier company would deliver the phones within 7-10 working days. Following the approval, I selected a color for the phone as per the requirements.

Moreover, I was informed that I would receive a debit check confirmation on my bank within 24 hours, which I needed to accept promptly. However, despite the assurance, no such confirmation was received within the specified timeframe, nor was any further communication provided.

Inquiries made via email regarding the status of my application went unanswered for an unacceptable duration of 36 hours. When a response was finally received, it was to inform me that my application had been inexplicably canceled, without providing any reason for the cancellation.

This level of mismanagement and lack of communication is wholly unacceptable. Not only was my time wasted in the application process, but the abrupt cancellation without explanation is deeply frustrating and inconveniencing.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide a satisfactory resolution at the earliest. Additionally, I expect a detailed explanation regarding the cancellation of my application.
