Misled and Coerced into Unwanted cellphone and data Contract by MTN

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with MTN’s ********* business practices. Recently, I was ****med into a cellphone contract that I did not agree to. Despite repeatedly stating that I did not want this contract, MTN has been coercing me into keeping it, which is not only unacceptable but also feels like an outright ****.

I have tried to resolve the issue with MTN, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service has only added to my frustration. Instead of resolving the matter, they continue to pressure me into accepting a contract that I never agreed to, with terms that were never fully explained or discussed. This kind of underhanded behavior is shocking from a company of this size and reputation.

I expected far better from MTN, but what I’ve experienced is a complete disregard for customer rights. I strongly urge anyone considering MTN’s services to be very cautious, as this kind of behavior reflects an alarming lack of integrity. I will not be bul**** into accepting this contract, and I am taking further steps to protect my consumer rights.

Avoid MTN if you value transparency, honesty, and proper customer service. This experience has left me with a lasting negative impression of the company.
