Misleading upgrade

What utter bull****! MTN informed me that I can upgrade. I drove around between three shopping malls before I finally found a store with the device I want in stock. We started the upgrade process and then the lady ask me if I'm aware that I'm doing an early upgrade. I told he no, I don't even know what and early upgrade is. So basically it means that for the next three months I will have to pay double my monthly premium in my case. What bull****. After all that effort and time spend and not to mention the disappointment. Next time you tell a user that he can upgrade, just put next to it in big red letters that you are talking nonsens, you are actually going to ***** that user.
