Misleading SPAM sms, unable to unsibscribe.

<p>I have so many different complaints about this one issue!</p> <p> </p> <p>A while ago, out of the blue, I started receiving SMS's that says "Alert! Data usage at Out of Bundle Rates!" and then continues to describe a "Special offer" for databundles. I queried this, since I never ran out of data bundles, and I was informed that they are promotional messages and that I have to dial *130*603# to unsubscribe.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I never subscribed to these messages. Thus they are SPAM.</p> <p>2. They are extremely misleading. I wonder how many people have bought data bundles they don't need, due to the phrasing that appears to be deliberately attempting to create the impression that one is currently paying out-of-bundle rates?</p> <p>3. There are no instructions on the message on how to unsubscribe.</p> <p> </p> <p>I could handle all of this, if it wasn't for</p> <p>4. I dialed the code as instructed, received a message stating that I had opted out, and then CONTINUED TO RECEIVE THEM!</p> <p>5. I reported this matter back to @MTNzaService on twitter yesterday. Haven't received a response on twitter yet, but I have received another SPAM message.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do I get rig of this SPAM?????</p>
