Misleading sales

I'm very disappointed with MTN, received a call about three weeks from the sales agent selling their home router uncapped can connect 24 devices for R299 5G. It worked fine for a while and I started struggling only to find out that it is 130G not uncapped. I have my rain router and though I struggle it's not bad cause with this one I can't even browse cause I guess I have reached the 130G it's very slow. The sales was very misleading, it was empathised that it was uncapped cause I have school children who have online tutor lessons. I'm disappointed that a company as big as MTN doesn't train their staff to be truthful and honest with their clients. I am returning the router to their branch tomorrow and I don't expect any drama, if I was told the truth I wouldn't have taken the router at all. Why would I move from unlimited to to limited time save R200? Mtn please train your staff to be professional and truthful. I'll be requesting the recording of the call as well
