Misleading MTN advertising

Hello Peter, I have upgraded one of my MTN accounts at MTN Menlyn the day before Black Friday. I was looking for a Huawei phone because my existing phone was also a Huawei P20. The upgrade was done and I received the phone. At home I noticed that Google services is not working on the new Huawei phone. During a internet search, I noticed that Google services is no longer available on the new Huawei phones. I went back to the Menlyn shop and complained about the issue that was not explained to me during the upgrade. They told me to send the phone in for a "OBF" process in order for them to exchange the phone. I have returned the phone within a day in its original package unused except for switching it on and trying to run a google service. It has been several days since the return and I am still awaiting the exchange of my new phone. I have not been contacted by MTN and I neede to do all the follow ups. I belief this is misleading advertising on MTN's behalf for not stipulating in detail to the prospective clients that Google's services will no longer work on the new Huawei phones. I went back to the MTN upgrade page and looked for any indication of this nature but failed to find any notification to this fact. I believe the consumer protection act protects the public against such misleading services / sales. Please assist
