MISLEADING MTN

Worst network provider ever! MTN is rude, misleading, and completely unhelpful. I called in January 2026 to cancel my month-to-month data contract. Three months later, I’m still being charged outrageous amounts for just 20GB of data. They claim the contract is cancelled, yet the debits continue. When I request a refund, they say it’s impossible.

After 15 years of loyalty, this is how MTN treats a long-time customer. Each consultant gives a different answer, there’s no confirmation for cancellations, and they refuse to take responsibility.

Do NOT trust MTN. They are *******. Useless customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone.
