Misleading Mtn

I feel that Mtn is misleading its clients with certain data advertisings. On the 4th of July i bought a 5G data which was advertised as a daily data bundle. I bought the data bundle with the extra time they offer, the data just vanished from my phone. I send them a msg on twitter and so the matter was escalated after i was informed that it was an hourly data bundle and not a daily bundle,i disputed that because they advertised it as daily. I ended up paying the full amount back whiles waiting for feedback from mtn regarding the matter. Today i send them a msg again asking for feedback because i felt that its been too long now and they are not getting back to me. They then responded by insisting that it was indeed an hourly bundle and not a daily bundle. I am disapointed in mtn because i feel that their advert was false and misleading, i send them proof to show that they did indeed say daily instead of hourly. They still feel that it was an hourly bundle. What they did was wrong and *********, i just wonder hoe many people fall victim to this sort of advertising. Extra time does not mean im not paying for it because i still pay for it and the extra charges,so why are they misleading us? I am extremely dissapointed in mtn, they mislead me because i never would have bought the data if it clearly stated hourly as they keep on saying. You do not even deserve one single star from me,just refund me the money i paid for your falsely advertised data.
