Misleading Model of Cellular Device

Upon doing some research on Huawei device that i have, every where all the specs showed that the Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L31 is a dual sim model, hours spent trying to figure out how to get a firmware update on the device in order to get the dual sim functionality capability with no luck. eventually came across a web platform that pointed me at Huawei Hicare. Tried inside there with no luck. I then decided to enter the chat platform and chat to them directly. i was asked for my IMEI number and the device has come back as being a Huawei P9 Lite VNS-L11. The sticker on the rear cover of my phone shows that it is a VNS-L31. This to me is in fact misleading to us as the consumer in what we think we are purchasing versus what we are actually getting. i would like an answer on this as i do need the dual sim functionality.
