When I initially signed up for the data contract, I was assured that should I deplete my data allowance before the monthly upload, I would have the option to top up my data as needed. However, it has become abundantly clear that this information was inaccurate, and the reality of the situation has left me in numerous compromising scenarios.

Due to the inability to access mobile data when needed, I have encountered several instances where I was unable to use essential services such as Uber, my banking app, and navigation tools. Moreover, the most egregious consequence of this misinformation was missing a crucial work meeting, which has had negative implications for my professional reputation and relationships.

Given these circumstances, I must express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by MTN. Not only has the misinformation caused inconvenience and distress, but it has also undermined my trust in your organisation.

Furthermore, I hereby request the cancellation of my data contract without any cancellation fees. It is unjust and unreasonable to expect me to fulfill contractual obligations based on false premises provided by your representatives. I firmly believe that I should not be held accountable for fees associated with canceling a contract that was entered into under misleading information.

I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and confirmation of the cancellation of my contract without any additional charges. Additionally, I urge your company to review its customer service procedures to ensure that accurate information is provided to all customers in the future.
