Misleading information on upgrade - bad service to the core

Good day

May you kindly assist on the below with upgrade cancellation that was done without my consent, I made numerous attempts with the call Centre to cancel the upgrade , I was advised this was an outsourced company and not MTN. I received calls from this company who claims to be MTN and each day they assure the upgrade has been cancelled however when I phone MTN direct I am being advise this contract has not been cancelled.

I am even considering cancelling all my other contracts with MTN due to such pathetic service.
