Misleading information from their sales representatives or outsourced companies

The biggest **** ever. I was called by an agent that sold me uncapped, untrottled wifi. I was so excited about it. Received the package within two days. The network provider is supersonics. The wifi stopped working so i called their technical department and there the service was excellent. It was just like something told me to call their customer service to just check everything again. This is when i found out that its not uncapped its a 60gb homeband package. Disgusted! I asked the lady but how is this happening when in the beggining of a call they say all calls are recorded, how are they even allowed to do that. Ive send e-mails and no response! I just wanne be done with them but it seems as if its going to be a struggle
