Misleading information

So recently I went about changing my home data from Rain to Mtn South Africa, however I am truly disappointed i should've stayed with RAIN!!! Online it stated that I would pay my upfront fee which would include Octobers subscription so I advised that I would go into the store... spoke to Nonhlanhla Mkhwane and confirmed so I am paying Octobers payment and she said yes! Once the contract was done she turned around and said your next payment will be 4th October when I said thats not what you said and then she turned around and said now that the contract is done you want to cancel. Mtn South Africa can this please be sorted out can I receive my refund of r412 and R150 because she said its going to be such a hassle I am so disappointed in this!
