Someone called me in august with regard to an The MTN upgrade that I’m due for and it will be 30g day and 30 g night then nothing was loaded and I went to the Mtn store In mall at reds and data was loaded and was told I’m gonna receive my monthly allocations on the 12th of every month surprising on the 12 I receive an sms of 20gig plus 5 promotional gig not the 30 gig Called the call centre they couldn’t assist I’m on the Mtn store now 14 September 2021 at mall at reds assisted by Mpho she says the system doesn’t show 30gig but 20+5 gig I was sold wrong information MTN I want my 30gig
