Misleading customers

Good day

One of your consultants called and offered me with 8GB of data and he told me that I will only be charged R20 extra on my current subscription. I kept on repeating on the call that "are you sure"? He assured me that I will not pay anything more that R20 for the 8GB of data - apparently he said they are running a promo/special on existing data contract customers.

Now, when I check the bill, I am being charged pro-rata and month of July which amounts to the total of R123.82 - of which was not the agreement. Can this be fixed ASAP before I cancel my contract. Should this be not resolve, I will escalate further. You people are ******... And I want the very same agent who offered me this deal to call me together with his team leader.
