Misleading consultant

MTN Misled Me with False Promises – I Feel Cheated! MTN gave me false information about their service, on 22/09/2025 I ordered shesha MTN home internet deal from Thabiso Komane MTN consultant , I informed him that I do not have my ID in my position for delivery , he said to me I should write. An affidavit that I will produce on behalf of my ID.and what I was promised is completely different from what I received. Today (11/10/2025)another. consultant called me. to make a follow up regarding the delivery she tells me that the delivery won’t happened without the original ID I feel deceived and disappointed as a loyal customer. I waited for this delivery for more than 15 days only to be told this, I aid in advance. I am frustrated I have. Examination that is coming upThis kind of dishonesty is unacceptable — I demand to be refunded and a proper explanation provided immediately!
