Misleading and mis-selling by MTN

MTN are ******** and they mis-sell and mislead the customer. In August 2021, I was called and offered an upgrade for my 2 packages of R199.00 each for 24 months, for 60GB of data. to my surprise, I received invoices that I am going to pay R1200. for the one package for 40GB and the other one, I will pay R1400.00 for 5GB. How ridiculous this is??? I could never have agreed to this if it was discussed with me. Their complaints department does not care about customers as I send an email on Monday 13th. Got a reply that they will contact me with 24hours, today is Thursday and I did not hear anything from them. I want a copy of the recording and this matter to be resolved. I cannot pay R1400 for 5GB, it is pathetic. Enquiry Reference Number ***
