Misleading and false offers just to make clients to buy gadgets yet they don't keep uo to their words.

The frustration of having to deal with *********** sales assistance and call centre agents who tell one lie after the other. We purchased a laptop that came with a wifi router, and once 34Gig promo in September. Every week i approached the sales man Sibonelo at Cresta to enquire as to when they will load the 34G but in vain. All he said with his other colleagues was that they escalating the matter, even the manager was hopeless. It has been 4 months with no help yet one white k Lady who bought her lapyop recieved her promo, now is it again a race matter or just mere false promises of misleading customers to buy. This is unacceptable and other betwotk providers dont play with customers minds like they do.
