Misleading and false information from MTN

Worst service I got from MTN. I saw an ad on fb regarding data bundles, I asked to be called and I was called back. I was assisted over the phone with the application for the simcard. I got misleading information from the gentleman who assisted as he wanted to push his target im sure. He first **** and said it was a 24 months contract whereas its 36 months and then he had the decency to lie and say that my pocket router will be perfect for their home bundle data simcard. He even asked for me router model code and confirmed that it will be compatible only to find out today that its not. Mtn is pathetic and will do anything to get sales through misleading their customers. This is my first time joining mtn and the service I received is ridiculous even their customer service stuff are rude. I want my contract to be canceled asap
