Misleading Afrizon-MTN Contract

Afrizon consultant called me for a cellphone contract, on the line he confirmed device being dual sim however it was delivered being one sim. Secondly he said contract is for 24months only to find out it is 36months...of which all calls was confirmed being recorded, matter was escalated to them and MTN complaint centre but no response.
