misleading adverts

I went into mtn direct sales online site to view cellular phones,when I enquired I was told cash purchases are done through mtn stores. So I visited the store in lakeside mall benoni, when I enquired the 1st answer I get mtn is on strike ! If mtn is on strike why advertise and mislead customers.secondly what's the purpose of online direct sales when you cannot do cash pay as you go purchase for convenience purposes.I suggest don't advertise,close down , put your house in order and then continue ! It is very frustrating when mtn misleads customers. As far as striking staff is concerned they should be thankfull they have a job !
