Misleading adverti*****t

good day, in February 2022 i app**** online for a laptop deal advertised which consist of the include MIFI Router Microsoft Office 365 Personal, Mouse and laptop bag. I have only received the laptop and router. I called but was told i must send an email which i did - until today the only response i get after asking weekly is that they are looking into it and will get back to me. i will never use their services again
