Misleading advertising

It was much to my disappointment when I entered the mtn branch in Promenade this week to get the laptop special running which is in the October 2021 issue - page 50 (hp core i7 11th Gen for R399) only to be told that it was an error so I can't get the special. First of all, it's not my fault that it was an error and I'm sure it was proof read a couple of times and second, is the principle not 'you pay the price you see'? If not then you definitely deceiving and disappointing your customers.
