Misleading

Mtn Clearwater consultants are a bunch of useless individuals who have no knowledge of how to do their job efficiently.<br> I came in twice to ask to cancel my contract a month before it expired and was told to come on the day of expiration.I came on the day and then was told I must first do a notice,I then put in an immediate notice after complaining that I was not told about it the previous times I came to ask to cancel.This had no effect as debits still went through after the end of my contract and 3 attempts to cancel.<br> This is total **************** from this consultants as they busy beating around the bush and not canceling my account as I have asked to do so 3 times.MTN should take all of them to training or put in staff who are competent!
