Misleading

Hi there I received a call from the number +***5 on the 3 Rd November 2025 about MTN contract which I joined, it was explain that I have coverage at home and I will work fine but now it give me problems it take to long to download and is not working properly and I went to MTN store to asked about the problem and I was told to upgrade to another plan as this one will always give problems and pay more from what I paying now so I refuse to do that because I was not told that by the agent who call me from MTN so I want to cancel the contract: Account number BA***
