Misinformed by Sales person Tendani

I just upgraded to a Huawei P60 pro. It came with a free smart and freebuds. Tendani helped me with the upgrade, I asked him will it come with the watch and buds he said I should the QR code and then I will receive. I did that the same I received the earbuds, it took me to a Google sheet I submitted and was just for confirmation from mtn. Today I call mtn they are I should go to the store or got to Huawei. I said I can't can I call Huawei they said yes. I called Huawei they said the promotion is done and mtn was supposed to help me with the gifts but they didn't so now I don't have the earbuds and the watch. Mtn didn't give accurate the full information on how to acquire the gift.
