Misinformation - No response
After receiving misinformation from MTN and then disclosing information on the incorrect account they have still yet to explain why i was misinformed of timescales in canceling a contract. Absolutely disgusting service.

We have tried to call you at 11:18 but no availability.
We do not pick up any notes that you have called in to the 808 call centre for assistance regarding account information for cancellation process.
We have sent you feedback on the 27-7-2018 for the correct prose's for the cancellation on any of the 3 lines on the account.
We cannot give you an explanation why you was misinformed of timescales in cancelling contracts.
