Misinformation/Breach of contract/Ignoring client

I complained to MTN on the 6th of March 2015 about a breach of contract from their side. *** on this forum. Subsequently I received a reply (REQ ***) from a person called Ayanda on the 9th of March 2015 where it was stated that I will have a speedy reply from their accounts department. I then received a reply e-mail and telephone call from a Mr Gumede (27/04/15) asking me for details of my contract and a copy to be sent to him . I duly did this and he then rep**** as follows: Your document has been noted and I've escalated to the relevant department. \I will revert to you with a way forward. I thank you kindly. Charles Gumede."This was received on the 2nd of April 2015 at 09h44. So the problem is that up to today 17 April 2015 14h20 I have not heard one single peep from the People at MTN. Obviously you do not value my money that I pay monthly to your company and none of my previous questions have been addressed yet! As you as a company is not prepared to listen to my problems maybe you can explain it to my legal counsel. I am now a TOTALLY PEEVED OFF CUSTOMER!. Somebody from Head office phone me please! You have had my details on file for the last 17 years! <br> """

Our records indicate that communication was sent to you by Veronica on the 30 March with regards to the Billing issue that was raised per REQ:*** however we have escalated this as a service concern and you will be advised of the outcome.
