Misinformation
I have always been a loyal customer with MTN. However when I called MTN Customer service this evening 26/07 it seemed that I've been provided with misinformation about how to cancel my contract. The advisor did not provide me with clear explanations. As when I spoke to someone on the 30/04 i was advised when i can set my disconnection as of early July. I am utterly disgusted in this service and would like some accurate information.

Please note that you have 3 lines on the account.
*** expire date is due 2019-06-18
*** expire date is due 2019-03-05
*** expire date is due 2019-05-05.
Early termination fee will apply when contract is cancelled before the expire date.
30 days notification is required to cancel the number from the network.
Prepaid migration can be done only a day after the contract expires. All data airtime, minutes and sms left on the sim card will be lost after 2-24 hours.
If you wish to cancel the contract before the contract expires, please contact the 808 call centre to assist you with the early termination fee for the line to be cancelled.
