Miserable MTN

They took away my credit history and closed my opened and active account. This is what I get for paying on time. I get ****** of my excellent credit history. Now I have nothing in arrears and nothing negative on my end with a huge credit limit which im unable to use or access cause it picks up that my account has been closed. When my numbers are opened and active. Iev emailed collections and cim legal on a number of occasions and still get no feedback in return I get the same thing told to me from collections every day. It's been going on the entire month. I have had calls to them for over 30 mins daily and still unresolved.
