Miscommunication
Its been three weeks complaining about MTN Westgate.On the 23/10/2015 I went to MTN Westgate to ask how much I owe them, they said I must pay R1300,on the 26/10/2015 I went to pay R1300 Tumie Tshabalala said I must pay R1800 I was confused as the amounts change over a weekend she didn't tell me that I have to pay R1374 so that my account will be removed from the legal account.On 29/10/2015 MTN insurance approved my claim, on the 30/10/2015 I went to the store to collect my phone Charity Makhutle said I need to pay R74 to remove my account from legal, then come back Tuesday to collect my phone yesterday @ 15:56 I went to check my account I was told to pay R400 again. I need clarity as I feel to expose MTN store further<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>

The payment for R74.00 and R1300.00 has been received. The account has been removed from the legal department.
After the payment for R1300.00 has been done and received the account balance was R530.89. We do not pick up the balance for R74.00. After the amount for R74.00 has been received the account balance is now R456.89.
We have sent the complaint to the store to assist further with feedback.
We have sent the request to the activation department to assist with the activation.
