Miscommunication

The consultants always share different information. My account was in arrears and I was advised to pay a certain amount for my number to be reactivated. On the 15th August 2025 I paid that amount. I was told again to pay another amount for reconnection fee. I did that, even today my line is not open. They are giving me different stories.
