Misallocation of cellphone packages

When i upgraded my cellphone packages via telephone with one of mtn`s dealership, the operator who was helping me misallocated the packages on my three contract lines i have with mtn. When approached with the mistake that their dealership made, MTN reffered me back to dealership which then refered me back to MTN. Their dealership (summer mobile) initially promised me to do a migration after three months to rectify and i agreed but to this day MTN did not intervene and instead refer me always to their dealer but their happy to debit my account knowing exactly that the problem has not been resolved. Summer Mobile is now playing hide and seek with me asking me call MTN to rectify their own mistake. Consumers out there should be careful of Summer Mobile due to they way the treat customers and not caring taking ownership of their mistakes. It is now four months that i am waiting for them to fix my packages on my cellphones. I wonder why would MTN share my information with this dealership that act so unproffessional in everything they do.
