MisAdvertising and Not abiding by signed contract

<p>I would like to raise my concern against MTN Cape-Gate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed my contract renewal with them after being a loyal customer of two cellphone contracts since 2002. The devices I signed up for was not available which they advertised hauwei p8 lite*2 on one contract. The contract agreement was signed already and I've been advised that they will call me when the devices are available, but the contract was already upgraded. No one called me, I had to call them after 3 days just to find out that the devices has been discontinued and therefore they terminating our signed agreement. I feel this is unacceptable because after I called them and they gave this information the devices was still displayed in their window. I feel that we have a signed agreement and if the devices was discontinued after the contract has been signed they should still honour the agreement or upgrade me based on same package with devices in the similar price range. The behavious are totally unacceptable and I demand a callback with the resolution to this signed agreement</p>
