Minutes that dissappear and consultants that hang up on you

I loaded aitime onto my phone on frday and convertered them to 120 minutes thinking I would be able to make calls as needed. On Saterday I made a call and had 100 minutes and ample data left. Sunday when i wanted to call my call was ended as I apparently had no more minutes....I phone the 173 "call centre number" only to waste my time with a machine. Today when I phoned again to quiey my account I was told the operator would escale the matter and I should follow up after two hours. I did exactly that and then the second operator just states that the records are kept for only 3 days and she cant help me and proceeds to put me on hold and then drop my call.

After this terrible service and completely unhelpful staff i googled the "all net 20" minutes i bought and read through all the fine print on MTNs website does it say that the minutes will expire that evening! There was no warning when going through the steps to buy the airtime!

Now my question is this how the hell do you by airime that wouldnt expire WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS on MTN???? I cant waste my time and money everyday buying new munites that are only going to expire THAT EVENING?! and why were there no warnings that the minutes would expire when I bought the minutes???
